Discover which foods energize and give life while also learning the foods which reek havoc on the body. All food is not created equal. Educating and implementing Seasonal Eating, 5 Element Cooking, and Blood Type diet practices will give the body balance, good energy, and good health. No pills, supplements, special hard to make dishes unless requested. I'd rather keep it simple and easy to implement into every day life. Journaling, grocery shopping, fasting, detoxing, and a cooking session are included. Eastern and Western food ideals as well as food issues will be addressed. There will be bi-weekly meetings and unlimited email and texting. Additional classes and services will be discounted for those participating in the nutrition program.
